I made this little Rodeo Rider Bib this weekend for a friend of mine. She just had a little baby girl. I thought I would include some pictures of the process.
I used the fabric Rodeo Rider by Riley Blake and the pattern is from Thimble Blossoms, you can buy the pattern HERE. I pretty much love everything Camille Roskelley creates, so I’ve had this pattern for a while and have made my own variations of it, but this time I stuck to the pattern.
This fabric is precious and I didn’t have much of it left over from a pillow case and slip cover I made for my daughter, but it ended up being the perfect amount for a bib and I added a few coordinating pieces from my stash to pull it all together.
I laid it all out and played with it a little until I got the right mix of patterns going.
I love pinking shears. This makes the rounded edges nice and smooth when you turn the bib.
Finished product! Fun little project for a cute baby girl. I think I have enough fabric left to make another!
